2016 Poised to be Best Bordeaux Vintage in Years

The growing conditions in Bordeaux were nearly ideal in 2016, from the wet spring and dry summer to the warm fall days with chilly evenings — so much so that the vintage is looking to be the region’s best in years. The wine is predicted to be the best in nearly a decade, and that also means higher prices. Experts guess prices will be around 10% higher than last year. Read more.
